Thermostat Housing-to-Engine Bolts 7-9 ft. lbs.
Throttle Body-to-Engine Bolts (Single point fuel injection) 13-15 ft. lbs.
Throttle Body-to-Engine Bolts (Multi point fuel injection) 17-20 ft. lbs.
Timing Belt Cover Bolts 8-9 ft. lbs.
Valve Cover Bolts 5-6 ft. lbs.
Water Pump Cover-to-Crankcase Cover Bolts 8-12 ft. lbs.
Water Pump Impeller Bolt 7-9 ft. lbs.
NOTE Step 1: Torque bolts in sequence to 29 ft. lbs.
  Step 2: Torque bolts in sequence to 54 ft. lbs.
  Step 3: Loosen all bolts 90° in reverse order of tightening sequence.
  Step 4: Then torque all bolts in sequence to 51-57 ft. lbs.
